Coaches,
A couple of notes:
The fields are officially open, and hopefully Tom has them primed for use!
We need to be sensitive to practice start times for everyone. I have scheduled a 5pm start 6:30 start and a 8:00pm start times at Opatut.
We cannot get onto fields until Middle schools clear so 5 pm cannot get onto pitch until 5:15. Those teams will need to warm up and strecth from 5 to 5:15 or whatever you can do without field space.
the 6:30 will officially start at 6:15pm also taking 15 minutes to stretch etc..NON field work.
the 8:00pm will officially start @ 7:45pm but will not get onto field until 8:00pm.
The Board wants everyone to have a 90 minute slot without making the last slot end at 9:30 at night. We all need to work together to accomplish this.
YOU MUST END your sessions on time! If you arent going to use your slot please inform us so we can open it up for another team.
There are no full sided fields as requested at Opatut only SS goals in our layout, so sorry but move to MWE if need be.
We did the best we could to accomodate the specific time requests. If you want to make a change see if a coach will swap.
Do not just show up because a field is open....
Reminder that we will be having friday night recreation games again, so please clear the field by 8:00pm
I will not be scheduling scrimmages, and would like to stay away from weeknight games. Saturdays are wide open fro make ups/preplay etc.
