Goalie & Pool Training Sessions:
The league is pleased to once again offer our Friday night training program with Bob Smith Academy for the Spring season. All sessions will be held at Opatut Field 4 at the following times:

Pool Training:
U8-U10 @ 5:30pm - 7:00pm
U11 and up @ 7:00pm -8:30pm

Goalie Training (register here):
U8-U9 @ 5:30pm
U10-U11 @ 6:30pm
U12 and older @ 7:30pm


Bob Smith's training staff will be there to work with all players in a group training environment. There is no cost to attend this training. It is open to current FSL travel players.
