A player withdrawing from a program after being placed on a team and after accepting said position shall receive no refund. The following exceptions may apply:
- If a team is not able to be formed and the player is released from the Club any payment made will be refunded.
- If a player sustains an injury and consequently is unable to complete the remainder of the season, a portion of the registration fee may be issued at the discretion of the FSL board of directors. Injured players will not be released from the Club until the completion of the current soccer year.
- Refund policy applies to team dues, registration, uniform and any other related costs.
- Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] and [email protected].
Travel season is defined as July1-June 31.
Accepting position is defined as completing registration and payment for travel season.
